For nearly 20 years Sommer D. Luther has been committed to pursuing justice on behalf of individuals and families who have been wronged through the negligent actions of others.
Ms. Luther is a current member and past President of the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association and has been instrumental in legislation that protects the rights of all Coloradans. Ms. Luther currently serves of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association and also serves on their Legisliative Committee. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Ms. Luther is an award winning attorney who was named the 2012 Young Lawyer of the Year by the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association. Ms. Luther was elected into the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2017.
Ms. Luther received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver School of Law. She was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2003 and is licensed to practice in both state and federal court.
Ms. Luther has been representing victims of personal injuries and medical malpractice in Colorado since 2003.
Ms. Luther lives in Denver with her husband, Travis, their two sons, Henry and Benjamin and their dog, Lexi.
